Caleb joined the Office of General Counsel in 2025 as University Counsel for the School of Medicine. Caleb graduated magna cum laude from BYU’s Marriott School of Business in 2004 with a B.S. degree in Information Systems Management. He received a J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from BYU’s J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2007. Caleb clerked in the United States District Court, District of Utah for Judge Paul Cassell, Judge Ted Stewart, and Judge David Nuffer, and was an associate attorney at the law firms of Ray Quinney & Nebeker P.C. and Stoel Rives LLP. He then joined Intermountain Health, where he served in a variety of positions over a nine-year period, concluding his service as Associate Chief Legal Officer. Before coming to BYU, Caleb served as General Counsel and Secretary for Limble Solutions, Inc., a venture-backed software-as-a-service company. Caleb is licensed to practice law in Utah.
