Christian joined the Office of General Counsel in 2010. He graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University in 1999 with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and received his J.D., magna cum laude, in 2003 from the J. Reuben Clark Law School. Following law school, Christian practiced intellectual property law in Orange County, California, at Knobbe, Martens, Olson & Bear, LLP, where he was a partner prior to joining the Office of General Counsel. Christian is licensed to practice in Utah and Hawaii and is a registered patent attorney.
