Darin A. Childers

Darin joined the Office of the General Counsel in 2020. He received a B.A. in History from Brigham Young University in 2005 and a J.D. cum laude from the J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2008, where he was a member of the National Moot Court Team. Prior to joining the Office of the General Counsel, Darin worked as a litigation attorney at the Albuquerque law firms of Allen, Shepherd, Lewis & Syra, P.A. and Conklin, Woodcock & Ziegler, P.C. Darin's legal experience also includes service as the General Counsel, and later the Director, of the New Mexico Workers' Compensation Administration. Darin is licensed to practice law in Utah and New Mexico.
